Launch
After much anticipation, the long awaited Vengeance is finally here. The Vengeance fork line has lead the way for X-Fusion’s commitment to high quality suspension products. Over the last few years the Vengeance has been brutally tested and refined with help from our diverse group of athletes and experienced engineering team. We have hyped the release of this fork for long enough. It’s time for you to look for yourself. Here are the straight facts about the Vengeance HLR and RC.
HLR:
The HLR is a twin-tube, cartridge based damper which features high and low speed, independently adjustable compression and rebound damping. This gives the rider the ability to customize all aspects of the damping to suit their riding style and bike set-up. The twin-tube cartridge design allows for the ultimate in damping control, performance and weight savings.
RC:
The RC is a twin-tube, cartridge based damper which features low speed adjustable compression and rebound damping. This gives the rider the ability to customize aspects of the damping to suit their riding style and bike set-up. The twin-tube cartridge design allows for the ultimate in damping control, performance and weight savings.
Travel:
The Vengeance HLR and RC is sold at a stock travel of 160mm but is not limited to the one setting. Internally the Vengeance can be adjusted down to either 130mm or 100mm of travel for specific uses. The Vengeance uses a ladder system allowing a mechanic to change the position the travel stop sits on the air spring.
In this video Anthony Trujillo, X-Fusion’s Product Manager and Head Engineer, breaks down the internals of the Vengeance. Also featured is X-Fusion’s Marketing Coordinator, John Hauer, putting the fork through its pace’s on a local trail.
